How to Request a Refund

  2. Create a new support ticket with the subject "Refund Request."
  3. Include your order number and the reason for the refund.
  4. Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund is requested within 30 days of purchase
  • The product has not been used to generate revenue or in production environments
  • The license key has not been shared with unauthorized users

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Refund Processing
